Caid Arts & Sciences Fair & Pentathlon

The Kingdom of Caid's Pentathlon and Arts & Sciences Fair will be held in the Barony of Gyldenholt, at the Pacifica High School, 6831 Lampson Ave, Garden Grove CA 92845, on March 9-10, 2013.

The Pentathlon and the Arts & Sciences Fair is an excellent opportunity for the artisans of Caid to proudly display their creations, and to get feedback from experienced judges. You get to see how you stack up along others in Caid doing the same thing as you! Don't want to do it alone? Teams can enter as well!

The Barony of Gyldenholt will also be hosting the Gyldenholt / Calafia Friendship tournament on Saturday along side Pentathlon. So after you set up your entries you can relax, watch the tournament and enjoy the day with friends.

Timeline:

Saturday, March 9th, 2013

8:00 - 9:00 a.m.	Entrant check in
9:00 - 10:00 a.m.	Set up of Arts Displays
10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.	Judging (Live performances are open to the Populace)
5:00 p.m.	Site Closes

Sunday, March 10th, 2013

11:30 a.m.	Site Opens
12:30 - 2:00 p.m.	Court - The winners are announced!
2:00 - 3:30 p.m.	Displays open to the populace, People's Choice polling
3:30 - 4:30 p.m.	Display removal (All entries MUST be removed. Anything left will be auctioned at a later date to benefit the A&S Office)
4:30 p.m.	Site Closes

Pentathlon site fee is $7 for both days and an additional $5 will be charged for non members. Make check payable to "SCA Inc., Kingdom of Caid".
